Greenling's First Birthday Bash with Edible DFW

Event Description

Join us for Greenling's First Birthday Bash and Edible DFW's Spring Release! The party will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, March 7th at the Garden Cafe in East Dallas. Greenling’s staff, farmers, customers, and other members of the North Texas food community will be on hand to celebrate.

Bolsa Mercado will be serving appetizers prepared with ingredients provided by Greenling’s extensive network of local vendors. Local beer, wine, and a signature cocktail will be provided as well. Listen to live music on the patio from local bluesman Michael Prysock! Admission is free of charge, but will be limited. Get excited for giveaways from Greenling, our farmers, and more! All ages are welcome at this event. 

The party also celebrate the release of Edible DFW’s spring issue. Greenling and Edible DFW have enjoyed a strong partnership in support of the local food community, with Greenling sourcing local products from many of the food artisans that Edible DFW has featured in the past year. The magazine’s spring issue will be available for the first time that evening, and the signature cocktail at the party will feature the issue’s cover story, The Texas Honeybee Guild.
